We got an email today from the mortgage company....Our closing date is January 30th!!!
We will have an initial walk-through with the superintendent on January 25th and then our final walk-through on the morning of the 30th. Our closing will be right after that. We are beyond thrilled. I was able to schedule the movers to come on Saturday the 2nd. This leaves us with a few days to get the smaller things moved and organized in the storage unit before the movers show up to move the last few big things.
I am thrilled to be able to start scheduling all of the things that have been waiting on the closing date for. So beyond excited!!
In progress news, the final electrical inspection passed today. That leaves just the final building inspection that's left. We'll probably stop by the house sometime this weekend to see the progress.
