A Good Meeting

We met up with our sales agent Glenn this morning to make a decision about where to place the number plaque. Per the county rules it has to be visible from the street but the pretty plaque they ordered for the house doesn't fit anywhere that you can see from the street that looks right. We agreed that they would hang the plaque above the door and then they are going to get some stickers to hang temporarily where they can be seen and we can change them at a later date.

While we were there some tile guys were there in our bathroom working on the shower enclosure and a guy was there working to prep the yard for irrigation and landscaping. We can't wait to see the shower finished and will probably go back tomorrow to see the finished tiling.

Since M was there on Wed the speakers and the alarm system were installed. They also put in the dishwasher, the surround for our tub, the exterior door handles and the shower curtain rods.

Of course I asked Glenn about dates. He said he can't guarantee it but that the house could be done in the next 2 weeks. Mike has warned me not to get too excited...so cautiously optimistic. We will do a final walk through 4-5 days before closing to do the punch list. We were able to share a few things we have noticed that need to be fixed so hopefully that will help! Soo excited to live in this beautiful home!!
