We heard Friday that the appraisal came back in high enough to allow the sale to go through. Wooh Hooh! Based on that we gave the verbal ok on Friday and sent the signed document in today. We are still waiting to hear on a closing date, and in the interim do have to have the windows fixed (which we knew) and have a contractor come out to fix any termite damage and sign off that the necessary things have happened. We are waiting to hear back from the company on when they can come out.
So excited to get into the design room and pick all of our finishings!! Hopefully in the next couple weeks.
